Proper Breathing is Important to the Body
Many people do not breathe correctly. When you breathe the right way, your stomach, diaphragm and rib cage should expand outward. Every cell in the body needs oxygen to survive. Proper breathing helps to increases mental clarity, stamina, better moods, and helps the body detox more efficiently. The way we breathe dictates oxygen quantity and nervous system balance. Unbalanced breathing will negate any attempts to maintain proper pH balance without which every biochemical reaction in the body becomes at risk.
