Around the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, I became concerned with high levels of stress and found myself looking for a non-pharmaceutical practice to help with day-to-day anxiety, as well as aiding in releasing trauma trapped within the body.
I was drawn to the power of sound waves – how they accelerate healing, and how different frequencies create sound waves that can help down-shift the brainwaves to a deeper state of relaxed consciousness – and came across the Harmonic Egg® based in the United States. Creator Gail Lynn is committed to harnessing the potential of sound, light and sacred geometry for self-healing. Through her pioneering technology, she re-establishes the body’s equilibrium by leveraging these fundamental elements. Before long, and after numerous calls with Gail, there was a Harmonic Egg® on its way to the UK – the first on our shores.
WHAT IS THE Harmonic Egg®?
The Harmonic Egg® is a revolutionary, fully immersive resonance healing chamber which is advancing frequency healing to a new level. It uses a combination of light, sound and sacred geometry to create a harmonious, therapeutic environment for individuals seeking healing, rejuvenation, and a raising of consciousness.
There’s no Bluetooth or internet involved, just pure sound frequencies. The Egg is made out of pure wood – a loving, breathing material which adds to the resonance of the acoustics – and utilises three main principles:
+Light theraphy: Specific colours and light frequencies are used to stimulate the body’s chakra energy centres and enhance the natural healing process. Different colours are associated with various aspects of healing and can be tailored to fit an individual’s needs.

People have used the Egg to help with stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and as complementary therapy for conditions including fibromyalgia, reflux, broken bones and much more.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions last for one hour and 15 minutes, starting with consultation and ending with 50 minutes inside the Egg. At the beginning, an intention is set. This adds a powerful element of ownership to the healing process, and when combined with colours, sounds, and geometry in the Egg, can become a focal point for inner transformation.
Clients say they experience healing on many levels – emotionally, physically, and spiritually – and often find it is a consciousness-raising experience that increases creative thought and helps them heal from past traumas and limiting thoughts. Some see improvement with a single session, but three to ten sessions may be necessary depending upon the client’s goals.
